A native of Oakland and alumna of O’Dowd, Stephanie earned her BA in Economics from Tufts University and her teaching credential from the University of San Francisco. She loves forming meaningful connections with students and colleagues through her passion for mathematics, especially highlighting the beauty of math in the natural world and its practical applications in everyday life. She is inspired by the caring, curious, and talented energy of the O’Dowd community. Outside of school, she enjoys traveling—particularly when it involves scuba diving, snorkeling, rafting, or sailing—as well as hiking, running, reading, game nights, and cheering on her children at their soccer games.
