All enrolled students and families will receive an email by March 27 with information regarding placement test registration.

Saturday, May 9 - 9:00 - 11:00am - Navigating O’Dowd
All 9th graders, transfers, and their families are strongly encouraged to participate in this welcome event.

Place your online order for polo shirts and other uniform items by June 1 to ensure you receive your items prior to the beginning of the school year.

​Bishop O'Dowd Week of Welcome (BOWOW) -
Tuesday, August 4
6:00-9:30pm Twilight Movie Quad. Students dropped off.
Bring lawn chairs/blankets, but not electronic devices; snacks provided.
Wednesday, August 5
- Students arrive at 8:30am for Student Orientation, including pictures, navigating student schedules, campus tours, and small groups with senior leaders. Mid-day, our group splits with half of the class attending technology workshops, while the other half travels around Oakland for community-based service learning.
Students will be released for pickup at 4pm.
-Your assigned Service Day was shared via email on July 14. The other afternoon will be your Tech Session.
Bring your laptop on your Tech Day and bring your lunch on your Service Day.
Thursday, August 6
Students arrive at 8:30am for a Welcome Retreat, so they can get to know our spirituality & mission, as well as deepening relationships with one another. Mid-day, our group splits with half of the class attending technology workshops, while the other half travels around Oakland for community-based service learning.
Students will be released for pickup at 4pm, or stay for BBQ.
If you are doing service this day, you might want to bring change of clothes for:
