Michael supports the professional growth and well-being of faculty and staff across the O’Dowd community. He earned his BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from CSU Stanislaus and his MA in Teaching Leadership from Saint Mary’s College of California. He finds joy in helping others learn and grow and believes that strong leadership development is essential to cultivating workplaces where people feel supported and empowered. Guided by faith and collaboration, he is committed to building a culture where people thrive. Outside of school, he is active in his parish and park community, enjoys traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He is known for wearing only self-tie bow ties.
