Hilary plays an active role in supporting student-athletes across campus. She earned her BA in Business Administration, BS in Business Hospitality Industry Management, and MA in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco.

In addition to her leadership role in athletics, Hilary is the Director of Cross Country and Track, and the instructor for the Student Athlete Leadership Team. As both a coach and educator, she believes there is no single approach that works for every student-athlete. Instead, she focuses on building individual connections and adapting her coaching style to help each athlete succeed. A former collegiate athlete herself, Hilary believes athletics provide powerful opportunities for students to develop resilience, leadership, and lifelong friendships while discovering who they are and who they want to become.
