Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Fran moved with her family to the Netherlands before settling in the Bay Area, where she has lived since early childhood. Fran earned her BA in English and German from Santa Clara University and later completed her MS in Clinical Counseling at California State University, Hayward. A licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, she began her career teaching German and Religious Studies before discovering her true vocation in counseling. In 2023, Fran stepped into the role of Associate Principal of Academics, where she continues to support students with care, insight, and a deep commitment to their growth and well-being.
