Brandon teaches with the goal of helping students see the world with curiosity and confidence. Originally from Los Angeles, he earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science Engineering from UC Berkeley.

Brandon believes that understanding why something matters is key to learning. In his classroom, he encourages students to care about the ideas they are studying and to see how math and science give them powerful tools to think critically about real-world problems and solutions. Known for bringing humor and authenticity to his teaching, he aims to make challenging subjects engaging and approachable. Outside of school, Brandon enjoys cooking, eating great food, hiking, traveling, and picking up random new skills whenever he can.
