Olivia Sally ’20 was named Miss Contra Costa County’s Outstanding Teen 2018 at the Miss Contra Costa County Scholarship Competition held in San Ramon on November 4.
The mission of this organization is to provide scholarship and service opportunities to young women and to promote positive self-image and self confidence in women by providing a platform for tomorrow’s leaders to express their opinions, talents, character and intelligence.
Sally will be dedicating her year of service to her platform of ‘Civic Engagement Among Our Youth.”
