The Lillian Black Festival of the Arts which was hosted by O’Dowd’s Fine Arts Department last weekend was a big success with art exhibits in the gym area and music and dance performances held in the O’Dowd theater. The theater performances opened with sets by O’Dowd’s String Orchestra and Symphonic Band.
