Zane grew up between Oakland and Concord and spent about 10 years in the Washington, D.C./Maryland area before returning to the Bay Area in 2020. She earned her undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine from Howard University and her Master’s in Athletic Training from Texas Tech University.

Zane developed a passion for anatomy and helping others after experiencing an injury in high school. After exploring physical therapy, she discovered athletic training as a path that allowed her to work more dynamically with athletes outside of a traditional office setting.

Outside of work, Zane enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading, and staying active at the gym or the beach.
