Shannon brings more than two decades of experience working with young people in Catholic education. Originally from Orinda, she earned her BA from Gonzaga University, where she studied Constitutional Law, Religious Studies, and Gender Studies, and later completed her MA in Systematic Theology at the Jesuit School of Theology at Santa Clara University.

Shannon is passionate about the transformative power of education rooted in liberation and justice. She believes education helps students develop a critical consciousness—encouraging them to question assumptions, deepen their understanding of the world, and work toward a more compassionate and just society. Outside of school, Shannon enjoys backpacking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, cooking, spending time with her family, and cheering on the Golden State Valkyries and Bay FC.
