A Bay Area resident since 2011, Mallory brings roots from Baltimore, Maryland and a strong foundation in justice-centered education to her work at O’Dowd. She earned her BA in Anthropology from the University of Maryland and her MA in Peace and Human Rights Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Though not a classroom teacher or administrator, her work is grounded in a deep belief in student leadership and the capacity of young people to create meaningful change. She is especially inspired by O’Dowd’s charism and its commitment to social justice and joy.
