Jerome was born and raised in Oakland and graduated from Oakland Technical High School. After graduating, he volunteered to serve in the U.S. Army, where he spent five years before returning to the Bay Area. He later earned an AA in Social Science from Laney College.

Jerome has been part of the O’Dowd community for nearly a decade and values the school’s strong sense of family and the opportunity to watch students grow from freshmen to seniors. He has also been coaching golf at O’Dowd for the past three years, a role he truly enjoys.

Outside of work, Jerome enjoys watching, playing, and coaching golf.
