Fei is originally from China and has lived in the Bay Area for the past eight years. She earned her MA in English Language and Literature from Central China Normal University. She believes teaching is the profession that supports all others and finds deep fulfillment in sparking joy, creativity, and curiosity in young people. Her classroom approach emphasizes deliberate practice, total physical response, and immersive learning experiences. Guided by the belief that “to have another language is to possess a second soul,” she sees language study as a doorway to deeper understanding and connection. Outside of school, she enjoys cooking and practicing yoga.
