Parenting teens can leave you feeling worn down, unsure, overwhelmed, and even afraid of getting it wrong. If any of this sounds familiar — you’re not alone.

Join Lisa Fuller, MSW, Certified Positive Discipline Trainer and former O’Dowd parent, our Wellness Therapists and Academic Support Liaison for a 90-minute workshop for parents navigating the demands and complications of modern-day-parenting and still showing up. Together, we’ll explore how to support ourselves and our teens without giving up our power—and how to remember the deep influence we still hold in our children’s lives. This is a space to get grounded, regain confidence, and reconnect with the parent you want to be—especially in a world that feels increasingly out of control.

Come as you are. You matter more than you think.
