Tiara grew up in the Bay Area and earned both her BS in Kinesiology (with a concentration in Sports Medicine and a minor in Nutrition) and her MS in Athletic Training from California Baptist University. When the opportunity to join O’Dowd arose, she was excited to become part of a school long known in the region for its strong athletics programs. In her work, she is committed to supporting student-athletes and helping them stay healthy so they can perform at their best.

Outside of work, Tiara enjoys watching professional women’s basketball—especially the WNBA (Go Valkyries!) and Unrivaled—spending time with her Cane Corso, and taking photos of the moon.
