Starr is an Okland native and proud O’Dowd graduate. She earned her BA in Radio/TV/Film from California State University, Northridge and brings creativity, energy, and a deep love of community to her work with students.

Starr is passionate about working with young people and helping them discover their creativity and voice. Inspired by the teachers who shaped her own life, she strives to create spaces where students feel heard, supported, and encouraged to express themselves. Her approach centers on listening, laughter, and positive energy. She believes activities and creative expression help students better understand themselves and others while building meaningful connections across campus.
