A Bay Area native and O’Dowd alum, Claire has been immersed in music from an early age, studying piano, viola, and voice. She earned her Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Writing and Production from Berklee College of Music and now returns to O’Dowd as the school’s Chorus Teacher.

Claire teaches because of the educators who inspired her along the way—and because she believes learning never stops. She sees the arts as essential to developing the whole person, helping students build collaboration, accountability, emotional awareness, and perseverance while discovering their own creative voices. Outside of school, Claire enjoys hiking, cross-stitching, and experimenting with new ways to make salads.
