Between rehearsals, the jazz band classes were treated to a master class with the bay area jazz fusion group known as “Charged Particles”. Mr. Randolph happens to be the bass player in the band and was glad to bring in his musical friends to perform, demonstrate techniques, and answer questions. As you can see in the video, the exchanges with the students were informative and the performances were inspiring!
