Congratulations to O’Dowd Director of Cross Country/Track & Field Dr. Jamal Cooks on being recognized as the 2019 Man of the Year by the Striving Black Brothers Coalition at Chabot College. He was honored at Chabot’s 5th Annual Black Graduation Celebration held on May 22.
