William earned his BA from Oberlin College and a Master of Divinity from Harvard University. Originally from Washington, D.C., and Houston, Texas, he teaches mathematics and enjoys the challenge of helping students develop confidence as problem solvers. He believes studying math builds perseverance, precision, and logical reasoning while helping students understand patterns in the world around them. Outside the classroom, he enjoys creative writing, hip hop, and hiking.
