I am most passionate about health, fitness, strength, and conditioning and feel a moral obligation to assist our youth in cultivating a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

Why are the subjects you teach important?:

Movement is Medicine! Movement as it pertains to Health, Fitness, Strength & Conditioning is essential to classical concept of Arete- Balanced mind, body, spirit as well as long term athletic development.
