I am also Head Cross Country Coach, Assistant Track Coach, and Student Athlete Leadership Team Instructor. You can't coach 1 way. You can't coach 2 ways. You can't coach 3 ways. The best teachers and coaches are those who can connect with each student or athlete in a way that best helps foster success for that individual.
Why are the subjects you teach important?:
As a former collegiate athlete I believe in the positive impact sports have on helping student athletes learn and develop invaluable life skills and lasting friendships. Athletics challenge you to find out who you are and to dig deep within your self to do what it takes to become who you want to be.
