2017 Senior Philanthropy Team

This team’s mission is to educate O’Dowd students about the importance of philanthropy on campus and to create an opportunity for seniors to express gratitude for their time at O’Dowd by paying it forward to the next generation of students.

Maddy Farrington ’17– Co Chair
Maddy is a member of the cross country and track teams. “The 2017 Senior Class Gift serves as our enduring legacy at O’Dowd. It is our last thank you, our last goodbye, our last imprint on the school that gave us so many opportunities and countless memories. From Spirit Week craziness to formative classroom experiences, O’Dowd has been a pivotal place for us to grow. The Senior Class Gift is our chance to make the school an even better place for generations to come.”

Tamarik Rabb ’17– Co Chair
Tamarik is active on the Yearbook Committee, runs track, and is a Dragon Ambassador. “I wanted to get involved in the Senior Class Gift because I know what it is like to be on the receiving side of tuition assistance. I understand how life-changing an O’Dowd education can be.”

Dylan Brown ’17– Treasurer
Dylan is a member of the Campus Ministry Team, the Debate Team, a leader in the Black Student Union, President of the National Honor Society, and started a social justice club, Solidarity not Solitary, at O’Dowd. Dylan says, “Think of all the friends you have at O’Dowd! What would your life be like without them? By donating to the Class of 2017 Endowed Scholarship Fund you can help continue to make O’Dowd a diverse community where everyone can forge lifelong friendships.”

Jessica Delaney ’17 – Secretary
Jessica attended St. Philip Neri School prior to O’Dowd and appreciates the value of a Catholic education and caring community like O’Dowd . As one of the first seniors to give, Jessica says “I donated because I know my money is going to help another student receive a top quality education that they probably wouldn’t have had the opportunity to experience otherwise.”
