The students gathered on the football field Tuesday, where they learned drone safety guidelines and practiced flying skills.

“The students have made two movies this semester, and are currently working on a third – a music video – using Adobe Premier Pro and editing with Adobe After Effects,” Pham said.

Now that they’ve been trained on proper usage of drones, the students will be able to check out the drones to film portions of their projects, Pham said.
