The Symphonic Band and String Orchestra traveled to Disneyland and the surrounding area for a music-filled, educational, and super fun trip. The first night the students were treated to a Pirates of the Caribbean show, the next day they participated in a recording session/workshop, the 3rd day the group performed at the Hollywood Backlot Stage, and on the 4th day the students attended a master class with Prof. Mark Dickey at Cal State Fullerton. Overall it was a fantastic experience and one that will stay with the students forever.
