Why I Teach:

Teaching and working in education is the ultimate act of hope and investment in our collective future.

Allowing myself to be vulnerable, listening to student voices, and giving students opportunities to get into the real world and meet experts in the field we're studying.

Social studies enables students to better understand current events and put our collective histories into context.
