ATHLETIC FACILITIES
O’Dowd’s new Bishop John S. Cummins Center boasts an NBA regulation size court, with over 1,300 bleacher seats, an advanced digital scoreboard, and a controlled daylight system. The Center also hosts our state-of-the-art athletic performance lab, which offers mobility training, posture analysis, movement patterns, strength training, and speed and power progressions, differentiated by gender, sport, and body type, for all student-athletes. Our athletic performance lab includes best-in-class equipment and sport medicine resources to accommodate more than 3,000 annual visits from students at every stage of fitness.

The Steve Phelps Memorial Court
Our NBA regulation size court has over 1,300 bleacher seats, an advanced digital scoreboard, and a controlled daylight system. Both the Dragon basketball and volleyball teams compete here, under a gorgeous stained glass backdrop.

Upper Field
Our upper field is home to our softball and baseball teams and includes new batting cages and new dugouts and bleachers. Our updated safety netting allows both the softball and baseball teams to play simultaneously, and our new access path gives fans easier ADA access to seating.


Lower Field
Home to our football, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, and track and field teams, O’Dowds lower field is 120 x 70 yards of competitive turf, ringed with a practice track, and bleacher seating for our roaring Dragon fans!
