“If you signed up to help with the hallway banner for your class for Spirit Week or you are a student council member, this is a reminder that we will be working on the banners during lunch today, Thursday and Friday.  We will be located at the CES amphitheater.”

“Attention Seniors you have a FINAL FINAL deadline to submit your t-shirt size for your Spirit Week T-Shirt. You must fill out the form by 12pm today! Mrs. Gray resent the form last night and this morning.’ 

Fr. Jim will be starting the weekly on-campus Mass this Tuesday, October 12, at 315 in the chapel.  The chapel, of course, is our band and orchestra space, but the sanctuary area is available, and there is plenty of room there, for the weekly Mass.  

If you feel the need to take a deep breath and relax a little in the presence of our awesome Creator, drop in any Tuesday to our weekly Mass.  315 in the sanctuary area of the chapel.

12th graders, please check CMT’s Schoology post via Mr. Dilag for details regarding the 12th Grade and Parent/Guardian Mass. In short, we need a toddler pic of you with your parents and guardians and an optional 1 sentence video of gratitude/appreciation for your parents and guardians. Thanks!

Seniors and family,  Join the counseling department and a financial aid professional today from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm for informative evening focused on completing college financial aid forms. This will be a live zoom session with an initial presentation followed by questions and answers. Please use your Clever Credential to log in. The evening is geared towards seniors and their families, but all are welcome.

WELL, THEY ARE ALL Famous ITALIAN AMERICANS!  Hello Everyone, The Italian Club wants to welcome ITALIAN HERITAGE MONTH THIS OCTOBER! We will have a CONTEST later this month for EVERYONE interested! We will have some activities to share some of the contributions made by Italian Americans throughout history. CHECK OUT THE FLYERS AROUND SCHOOL FOR MORE INFORMATION. STAY TUNED FOR OUR CLUB GATHERING LATER THIS MONTH…

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS – IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN HELPING WITH YOUR SPIRIT WEEK BANNER FOR YOUR CLASS, PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM THAT MRS. GRAY EMAILED OUT THIS MORNING.

 

“Do you sing? Do you dance? Do you juggle? Be sure and share your talents and audition the Night Rally!!! Auditions are next week! They will be on Monday, October 4th and Tuesday, October 5th from 3:20pm-5:30pm in the cafeteria. Remember acts must be completely finished, ready to go and under 3 minutes. 

 

All performances must be school appropriate and song lyrics must be clean. You must have a printed copy of song lyrics with you at the audition.  Sign ups are posted outside the Activities office now!! You must be signed up no later than tomorrow Friday, October 1st by 3:30pm in order to audition. If you have a conflict and cannot make the audition times, you must contact Mrs. Gray by Friday, October 1st by 9:00am to come up with an alternate plan.  Also, the Night Rally is for current O’Dowd students only and that includes all performers.”

Attention Fall Student-Athletes, today 4th from 6-8pm all fall teams and coaches will meet on the quad at 6pm for pizza followed by our first Advanced Athletics workshop of the year. We will be working with O’Dowd Alumni and Arizona State University professor, Scott Brooks as we come together to unite as an athletics community. See you there!

As part of the Season of Creation, and in solidarity with young people all over the world taking action to respond to the cry of the earth and the cry of the poor, Eco-leaders and Solidarity in Action will facilitate a community action period TODAY September 28th.  Each grade will have specific activities and speakers.  Thanks in advance for your participation and energy!

Good morning! If you signed up to be in the Student Listening Panels taking place tomorrow September 29th from 1:55pm – 3pm, please meet briefly in Mr. Cantine’s office at the start of lunch today! Thank you!”
