7th Grade Practice HSPT

If you decided to apply to a private Catholic High School then you will be required to take the HSPT®.  7th grade students can take a practice test to familiarize themselves with HSPT content and material as well as assess their strengths and areas to improve.

O’Dowd will not receive student scores.  Scholastic Testing Services will mail test score results directly to each student. Students will be provided with lunch. Space is limited to 250 students.

For current 7th grade students only!

Cost: $50
Cheese Pizza Lunch is included.

Drop off your child and join us for a parent coffee to learn about Bishop O’Dowd. If you are interested in learning about Bishop O’Dowd admissions, the Bishop O’Dowd office of Admissions will a parent coffee at 8:45 a.m. in the Student Center/Annex.

8th Grade HSPT Prep Workshop

Bishop O’Dowd High School partners with Classroom Matters tutoring center of Berkeley to offer an HSPT prep course on the O’Dowd campus. This course is open to any prospective Catholic High School student looking to familiarize themselves with the format and focus of the HSPT.

The 8th Grade HSPT Prep-workshop is currently full.

If you are interested in additional test prep, Classroom Matters Tutoring Center is also offering an additional workshop on Sunday, December 10th in Berkeley. Please visit their website at classroommatters.com for additional test prep information.

Time: Saturday, December 9th from  9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Check-in outside the cafeteria. Please allow ample time to park.
Lunch and all materials are included. Students need only bring #2 pencils and a few ballpoint pens.
